Home Performance with Energy Star offer rebates up to $6,125.00 when you replace your heating and cooling system and air seal you attic to reduce carbon footprint by 25% or more. This means we could save you money on your heating bills up to 25% or more and up to 50% on your cooling bills.

This is How the Program Works 1. You Call BC EXPRESS at 732-240-2828 for a Free Simple Audit and Estimate. 2. A Full Test In Audit is done when Job is Accepted this includes Blower Door Test, Combustion Test, Gas Leak Test, CO Test of you House 3. Apply & Receive Approval of Rebate Letter from Home Performance by Energy Star and Send Copy to Customer 4. Permits will be filed at the Local Township, by doing this it ensures the Customer the job is done at today's Standards and Code Requirements 5. Replace you Old Inefficient Heating and Cooling Systems with New High Efficient Energy Star System 6. Air Sealing your House to cut down Air Leakage 7. Full Test Out Audit is done after Completion of Work, is Required to Show the Improvement of the Work Performed, (required by Energy Star) and All Health and Safety issues have been Addressed 8.
