"Jim was so helpfull. I had an addition added to my home that was put on a slab. The AC & Heat would never work in that room or in my master bedroom. He added the multi zone slim units to the rooms. It has made such a difference!!! We have only turned in the furnace once since the install. Since we went with the NJNG program there was alot of extra steps to be taken and Kelly was so helpfull and polite. I can't thank you all enough!!!!!!!" - L Kernan

Best Equipment and Service July 2010 Our complete system was evaluated, engineered and installed based upon Doug's ( one of the owners) analysis of my homes requirement. One day after installation the big heat wave of 2008 hit us, My home was cooler and cost less for energy. Service was through, each year. Summing it up as an ASQC Certified Quality Auditor for years, I am completely satisfied. It is a testament that they , BC Express , is Accredited by the BBB. I had an emergency and needed service quickly due to my wife being on Oxygen ,BC Express, their office crew, had them at my home in 25 minutes.
