BC EXPRESS is installing the First Commercial Mitsubishi City Multi Heat Pump System, with the New R410A Environmentally Safe Freon for the Heating and Cooling in the Club House at Paramount Escape @ Ocean Breeze, Built by Paramount Homes located at 2 Dusty Miller Road, off of Route 72 West of the Garden State Parkway, in West Creek, New Jersey. The Mitsubishi City Multi System consists of 5 outdoor condensing units with 22 indoor ducted air handlers are tied it with 15 Lossnay (Mitsubishi Electric) Energy Recovery Ventilators, controlled by 22 thermostat and with a GB50A controller. The GB50A controller will control the operation of the complete system and building, with PC monitoring, providing Better Comfort and Lower Utility Bills. BC EXPRESS, INC. introduced Mr. Jack C. Chu, PE from Le Nova, Inc. Professional Engineers, phone number 267-261-2121 to Paramount Homes to help lay out and design the Mitsubishi City Multi System. We worked together as a team on this project which made the project run smoother. It was such a pleasure to work with such a Professional Engineer as Jack Chu.
