In this day and age when some people settle for mediocrity, it is wonderful to work with a person who strives for excellence. Since the first initial meeting with you. you have been the ultimate professional.

Not only are you very personable but you showed us that what you wanted most was our satisfaction. You really delivered on that one! You spelled out what would happen at each step, quoted us a price that you stuck with and finished the job in the time you said you would. Your knowledge of where to get rebates for what we were doing astounded us and when one wasn't delivered in a timely manner, you called and got it for us in a couple of days. lf any minor problem came up, you dealt with it immediately.

We liked working with the people you sent to our house - those doing the heating and airconditioning the electricians plumber and those involved in the insulation installment. The office staff at BC Express was very helpful and always answered our questions or notified you to call us (which you always did).

Given the wonderful experience we had working with you and BC Express, we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. It truly was a privilege working with you.
