Susan and I wanted to thank you and the team from BC EXPRESS for the super job they did
replacing our old hot water heater to a New Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater and the old
heating and air conditioning system to the New Carrier Infinity HYBRIDHEAT System. We've
been using these new systems for about 9 months now, and we wanted you to know how much
they have improved the quality of our indoor home environment.
It is so much quieter and
the air is so much fresher inside that the difference is immediately noticeable when we
walk into the house. And to top it off, the electric and gas utility bills have dropped
substantially! This has been a very pleasant surprise especially since we have stepped
up our hot water usage significantly and we like to run the fan on the low speed setting
24x7.
