We are extremely happy with our decision to award BC Express the contract to install a heating and air conditioning system in our new home.
From the first day we met you, Jan and I realized BC Express is a far superior contractor over the competition. As a matter of fact there is no competition when it comes to hiring BC Express. Many times we were faced with making touch decisions through out the entire construction process. Hiring BC Express was hands down, one of the easiest decisions.
We particularly appreciated the beginning phases when discussing the options. We felt you were fair and practical with your recommendations. Most of all you payed close attention to our budget. We also felt you treated us like a friend and family member and ran this job like it was being done at your own home.
We have owned a few houses prior to this one and I have to say, we are more comfortable in this house than the others. The permanent steamed humidifier and programmable zones really make it comfortable during the day and at night. Most of all the system is quiet, for that we are so greatful.
